Integrated Cash is written in Oracle and requires either an Oracle Standard Edition or Enterprise Edition database. Integrated Cash runs on Microsoft based servers, and workstations, and runs across either Microsoft or Novell Lans. The System is scalable offering both mid and large size organizations the same robust functionality.

Integrated Cash provides a single cash interface for Vailtech Taxes, Water & Sewer Billing and Miscellaneous Accounts Receivable.
The System presents a single screen that shows the accounts receivable amounts for Taxes, Water, and Misc. AR.
Users can pay several properties and/or multiple miscellaneous entries on one entry screen, and issue one receipt for all transactions.
Cashiers save time and the need to deal with up to 3 cash systems.
The software displays the balance of account after the payment has been successfully entered.
Integrated Cash can interface to cash drawers, and validators.
Cheques can be endorsed with roll number, water account number, and miscellaneous entries.
Users can run the Audit Report at any time. The printed Report shows any changes/cancellations a cashier made while logged onto the system.
Integrated Cash software posts directly to all sub-systems such as Taxes, Water, Misc. AR, and General Ledger.
